Fiber Network Council APAC proudly invites researchers, industry leaders, and technology innovators to submit technical paper abstracts for the FiberConnect APAC Conference 2025 — the region’s premier platform for exchanging insights and innovations in the fiber broadband and connectivity ecosystem.
Selected authors will be invited to present their work to an influential audience of policymakers, operators, engineers, and thought leaders driving the future of fiber networks across the Asia-Pacific.
✍️ Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstracts should be submitted in English and must clearly present the core ideas and
outcomes of the proposed technical paper.
Your 300–500 word abstract should include:
- Title of the proposed Technical Paper
- Author name(s) and affiliation(s)
- Background and motivation of the work
- Key findings or technical contributions
- Primary conclusion or expected result
- One or two relevant illustrations or figures (optional but encouraged)
Accepted abstracts will require a full technical paper and a PowerPoint presentation or
poster display (depending on the format selected).
📄 Accepted abstracts will be published in the official FiberConnect APAC
Conference Proceedings.

- Acceptance Notification: Friday, Month, 2025
- Confirmation to Present: Friday, Month, 2025
- Final Paper Submission: Friday, Month, 2025
- Final Presentation / Poster Submission: Friday, October 17, 2025

- The Presenting Author will serve as the primary point of contact
